MHYT’s Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) program features performers ages 13 and up presenting shows for early elementary audiences. Productions tour to schools, libraries, and community spaces across Denver, bringing FREE live theatre directly to young audiences.
With support from a director, the cast helps shape the whole show—making choices about costumes, props, set pieces, and more. It’s a creative, hands-on process where actors take real ownership of the work they bring to young audiences.
